How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All products from the Men Business, Men Casual and Women's Collection will be delivered in Europe within 2 - 3 days. As soon as your order was shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your parcel.

All products from the Made to Order collection are produced in our own production facility within 2 - 3 days. Your order will be sent directly from our production to you. The delivery in Europe takes 2 - 3 days. As soon as your order was shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Care Instruction

How do I wash my shirt?

Unbotten the complete shirt, including cuff and collar buttons and remove both collar stays. Whites and light colors should be washed at 30 degrees and spin-dry at low speed only.

In order to prevent dark colors from fading out wash them cold and only occasionally with 30 degrees. Press the collars and cuffs from the backside to protect the seams and edges.

Wash white shirts only with white garments and add occasionally some whitener to keep your shirts crisp.

How do I find the right size?

We offer two different fits; Classic & Slim.

Our classic fit is tapered, but not slim fit. It's modern fit for comfortable wear.

Our slim fit has a slimmer body shape and slimmer sleeve shape than the classic fit.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

Should you wish to return or exchange your item, please send it to below address and we will get send out your exchanged product or issue a refund. Depending on your credit card issuer, it will take about 5 - 8 days until receipt of the credit note. If you would like to exchange a product please send us an email orders@asoni.ch with the product details.

Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email to orders@asoni.ch

Orders which were not shipped can still be cancelled and we will issue a full refund. Depending on your credit card issuer, it will take about 5 - 8 days until receipt of the credit note.

Orders from our Made to Order program can be cancelled within 12 hours. After 12 hours we will have cut your order already in order to provide a quick service. Should you wish any changes on your Made to Order product, please contact us and we're happy to check whether we can still realise your requested change.
